About Me

Movement has always been a part of my life - from running and hiking to yoga, but strength training is where everything changed for me. After having my second child, I began lifting consistently and developed a deeper understanding of nutrition and how to properly fuel my body.

 

The impact went far beyond physical results. It strengthened my mindset, improved my mental health, and sparked a passion that led me to become a certified personal trainer two years ago.

 

Today, I help clients reach their goals through a balanced approach that combines effective training, practical nutrition guidance, and sustainable habit-building. I believe in meeting you where you are, while providing the structure, support, and accountability needed to build confidence and make fitness a lifelong part of your routine.
